Book–
A-Party:
To reserve your Party or Girl Scout Event complete this form online and
click submit. It is recommended that you reserve your event 2-6 weeks in
advance.
Deposit & Payment:
When event date and time have been selected a 50% deposit is due to secure
booking. To send deposit please click on the Paypal link below. The
remaining balance (CASH ONLY) is due day of Party or Girl Scout Event, based
on a confirmation of final head count 2 weeks before date of party or event.
Events booked within seven business days of the party or workshop payment is
due in full. In addition to your deposit, we will have to receive a
signed contract that will be emailed to you by Fun4Girlz Entertainment to
confirm your event date. Contract must be signed and returned within 7 days
of booked event.

A gratuity
or tip is not figured into the cost of the party.
Tips are happily accepted.
Customary tip - 15% - 18%
State Sales Tax will be added to your final bill.
Large
Parties Policy:
Two Hostesses are
required for parties with 12 or more guest. You will be charged an
additional $60 to cover the cost of the second hostess.
Cancellations and
Refunds:
Your deposit is non-refundable, however, cancellations 2 weeks prior to
scheduled party or Girl Scout workshop, can reschedule an alternative date
based on availability of Hostesses. In the event of unforeseen
circumstances, or inclement weather Fun4Girlz Entertainment reserves the
right to reschedule.
Travel:
Serving the 5 Boroughs of New York City and parts of Long Island. A travel
fee will be determined at time of booking and added to final bill.
Location:
We will bring the party directly to you. Customized parties to fit your
home, backyard, banquet hall, restaurant, hotel, etc.
Attendance:
Party packages include the Birthday Girl and seven (7) guests for a total of
8 children there is an additional cost per extra girl. The cost of the party
is based upon a final confirmation by client therefore we do not provide
refunds if a child does not show-up for the party.
Tardy
Guests:
Since we do more than one party a day the party needs to start at the
scheduled time. We can not wait for late arrivals. Anyone arriving late may
join in.
Boys Attending:
We will provide dress-up items and all craft projects will be adjusted to
accommodate boys in attendance. Client must let us know boys will be
attending in advance.
Arrival and Departure
Times:
Party Hostess will arrive at party location 30—60 minutes before start of
the party to set up depending on package selected. the time
Liability
for Damage:
Fun4Girlz Entertainment assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents
or damage caused by party guests. We are not responsible for allergic
reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from wearing of costumes,
or any activity taken place before and/or after the party.
